I need a web designer to Update/Redesign/Remodel/Clean Up our site workaholics-anonymous.org

I'm looking to hire someone who is excellent at designing/organizing/cleaning up websites. I need a contract with price and terms prior to the start of any costs. To help me select someone who has built many websites whose design are appealing to me I would like to look at some existing work to ensure we are on the same page. Our webmaster suggested the least expensive/easiest way to do this is with templates, but am open to all the help/advice you can provide. (we will be adding a Recurring Payment/Donation link from PayPal within the next week) Workaholics-Anonymous is a Twelve Step Program for people with compulsive issues related to work. The site's Primary Purpose is to provide General Information about Workaholism, Find a WA Meeting and download or purchase Literature.
