Responsive, HTML5, standards compliant web application required. Primary function is a multipage form in distinct sections to allow users to upload yearly financial data. The form will be dynamic in that it will only show subsections that are required, based on user input. The form will need to perform file uploads, and one section involves javascript to render an editable ‘spreadsheet’ in HTML/JS/CSS. Angular.js or similar framework a must. Lots of thoughtful tooltips will be needed (shown in lightbox or similar) to assist the user as they progress through the form. Good hand-holding navigation with progress bar. Form can be completed over many sessions so data is regularly saved to the DB. User can jump back into form during subsequent logins. User makes a new submission each year, and can view (closed) previous years’ data in a simple rendered format (PDF?) Since it’s a long form, we’ll need someone with great UI sensibility, to help us make sense of it. We want a responsive app with considered breakpoints to make it look great across desktop/tablet/phone. Other functions are Administrator and user roles User registration (with email address verification) Password re-set (via email link) Administrator backoffice interface to see new ‘submissions’ User’s form data is rendered in a human readable format for both administrator and user. Happy to consider your preferred backend, language and database but *Nix and open source technologies preferred. Security paramount as this is financial data, so need advice on best practice. Also interested in perhaps running this on PAAS? Again, please advise. Ongoing relationship required as app will need beta testing and refining, and further updates once a year.
