I am looking to have a glide dialog box created that opens from a UI Action on any table(incident for example). This box will have multiple checkboxes to account for child objects. If a box is checked, once clicking the 'Ok' button, new child tasks will be created with the values from the checkboxes.
Example:
From existing Incident > UI Action (ChildObj)
Dialog box opens:
Checkboxes: UserID Issues, Password Issues, General Help
--User will check the boxes they need and press ok
This will generate new child tasks for the assistance the user needs. Each will have a title of the checkbox (UserID Issues, Password Issues, General Help), a pre-filled description based on the item checked (eg.. if UserID is checked, the description field will say "User is experiencing difficulty with their UserID), and the child objected will be assigned to the incident that is opened already.
