Have done work with maven project. Along with javascript. Not familiar with AngularJS but can be done by AJAX in js or Java side. Let me know if you think I am suitable for this

I have a lot of experience with WebSocket and/or long-poll technology - server side notifications I think we can finish it fast and elegant way.
I think the ajax is not a good idea for real time updates, instead here we can make use of stream channels.
