News Ticker

I want a news ticker developed in Java which will allow websites to display the news from one of my sites.

The news source file will always reside on my server, and every time a ticker loads it should pull a fresh copy of the source file.

The news source file will be in the format of:

subject|url

with one record per line.

I\'d like the ticker to pull config data from a config file. In this config file I\'d like to be able to set the following:

1. site name - this will be the name of the site displaying the ticker.

2. site url - the url of the site displaying the ticker.

3. ticker delay - the number of seconds between the ticker moving on to the next item.

4. powered by name - this will show the name of my site.

5. powered by url - this will be the url of my site.

If possible, I\'d also like to be able to set the dimensions of the ticker in the config file (height & width) however if this cannot be easily done, I am prepared to have them at a fixed size. I\'d also like to be abe to set the colors in the config file - border, background and fonts.

I\'d like the basic layout of the ticker to be fixed, so if that makes the above sizing request difficult or impossible, that\'s no problem. The basic layout should be:
