Senior JAVA Programmer for ERP - Education Management System

I am looking for All Rounder JAVA / J2EE Expert with min of 7 years experience (project management, architect, real coder - programmer, data management, and also expert javascript with HTML, CSS knowledge & testing) who could translate the mock up screens into efficient and stable live JAVA web application. There will be some google integration and external vendors like SMS - text integration be required. With most APIs, this should be easy to develop Education resource planning or school management system The application is to be developed with Spring Framework (open for suggestion on any other stable - reliable JAVA framework) and Hibernate with various javascripts and application server like TOMCAT or JBOSS and testing of each code your write). Following Actors / modules are required: -Superadmin -Admin -Teachers -Students -Parents There'll be around 30 user stories - screens - from small to large e.g. configuring school timing to generating report card. I'll provide you mock up screens for each screen (no html, css or colour screens) We need nice, professional looking, user friendly, easy to navigate application by using the most advanced javascripts - AJAX etc I would expect you to deliver complete code with testing on every 3 days basis.
