Build an "Upload Song" Popup for an ASP.net Website

1. Your Profile : - We're looking for a Developer based in California (West Coast of the USA). - Must be PIXEL PERFECT when it comes to integrating a Design into HTML5/CSS3 with Bootstrap, Knockout.JS, and JQuery, and of course in Responsive 2. The mission : There is 3 tasks to perform. The first one for this mission is about creating an "Upload Popup" that will let the user add multiple MP3, a description, and publish it to our site. The Developer will have to be sure each new upload with its MP3 are well registered and organised in the Database (Azure SQL Server / Blob Storage) 3..
