I need an iPhone/iPad app. I have already got an app which is built using Web view. However when submitted on app store it was rejected as there's no native element. So what I want to do is have a tutorial walk though when user open the app for the first time. After this tutorial should be only done once. Perhaps this could get the app approved in the app store. When bidding show me an app you have done plus, I need the work completed today. So only bid if you can work within budget and deliver it today
