SEO & PPC for top first page ranks ( on page and off page) -- 2

I am looking out for top first page search engine google ranks for researched competitive keywords through on page and off page optimization within a reasonable time ( 6 to 8 months). I am keen to engage and hire an honest, ethical , result oriented and dedicated SEO expert with proven experience and performance. We are partly non profit Yoga center with social cause so people with higher bids than average might not be interested to work with us unless they are motivated to work in our niche or join us to support this social cause by improving lives in every way through Vedic healing sciences. Having said that , we are not expecting anyone to work for free and it's a paid assignment. Of course, we are start ups as long as age of the website is concerned, that's why there's a need of SEO so that we can grow with time and expand our reach.
