Good day to you all, today I have a domain for sale.
5% of the commission fee will be paid for the success sale.
Either you're a buyer which interested or a freelancer, you're welcome to join the sale.

Job Description:
1) Understanding the domain: [url removed, login to view]
2) Proposal for the domain had been posted on Flippa.
3) Find the right buyer with offers which is higher from my minimum offer or current offer.
4) Guide your buyer to visit [url removed, login to view]
5) After the buyer places his bid(s), contact me which buyer you are referring.
6) Auction for this domain name will end on 18/5/2016.
7) Only the buyer with the highest offer (must met my reserve price) will be paid for a 5% commission fee after the buyer have make his payment.
**Hereby you agreed that NO COMMISSION will be paid as follow:
- If the buyer makes false offer on Flippa.
- If the buyer do not make his payment on Flippa at the end of the auction.
- If the highest offer comes from a buyer which aren't the one you referred.
- If the buyer do not met my reserve price / minimum offer.
- If the buyer quit the auction for this domain.
- If the buyer you referred did not win the auction.

Success Sale for this actual domain will be paid 5% commission out of the total amount which your buyer had offered and win the auction at the end of the date.
Invoice & Milestone payment will be made on 18/5/2016 when the buyer makes the payment successfully thru Flippa.com. Once Once the deal is closed, the Milestone payment amount of 5% commission will be released.

Employer will not follow the minimum budget and maximum budget which had been set on this project as it is based on commission basis. On 18/5/2016 employer will request you to make an Invoice with the final price offered by your buyer if the buyer wins the auction.
