Sell Advertising for my website and magazine

We are a business to business publisher and are looking for a freelancer to develop a business strategy for selling advertising on our maritime and logistics publication. The position is initially a freelance/commission only project, however, depending on the results, we will offer a solid position to the winning candidate, which will include a base pay as well as a very attractive bonus structure based on performance. The Maritime and Logistics sector is a very traditional sector, wherein reputation is everything. the winning bid will be required to undergo training for 2 weeks before being allowed to contact clients. Once the first sale is made, a 6 month contract will be offered, which will include various restrictions on activities and behaviours, all of which will be standard contracts for employment.
