Hello there, What distinguishes me from everybody else offering their services is that I know the real estate business quite well. My mom, a realtor and my dad, mortgage broker, had flipped houses for over 10 years until recent retirement. I have an insatiable appetite for sales I cannot repress, as funny as it may sound. Your right, base pay and compensation is a great combination. Real estate does require a certain level of professionalism that not many can offer. I've noticed a lot of people copy and paste their proposal and I don’t know how they are on performance but I for one like to work with people and not machines. I have plenty of education in the Real Estate market and experience to go along with It. I not only believe my work will be done reliably and effectively but I will enjoy doing something I’m quite good at on top of it all. I have great communication skills that I can already see myself applying in our inbound and outbound calls. Cold calling is not easy for many people. I, on the other hand, convince and communicate with ease as it is something I enjoy doing immensely.
