Do not waste my time or yours by applying for this role if you do not have the required experience. We are an established Amazon store, with over 4 years experience, selling on the UK and international Amazon marketplaces We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to work with us for approximately 2 hours per day (mostly Monday to Friday, weekends only in exceptional cases). This would be a long term commitment. Tasks: - reply to our customers' queries; - reply to public customer feedback for our Amazon store; - reply to public customer reviews for our products; - daily posts (real-time and scheduled) and interactions on our social media channels, promoting our products and the associated lifestyle. One of our colleagues will be available to train and support you along the way. Essential Requirements: - excellent command of English; - (optional, but a plus) fluency in any of these languages: French, German, Italian and/or Spanish; - great communication skills; - quick response time (under 24 hours); - ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - proven experience of the same with another Amazon store Send your resume with a short statement of why you think that this is a job for you.
