Advertise a Scratch programming course in Google Adwords

I have an online course for learning Scratch programming. It's suitable for parents, who want to teach their kids to program. I need someone that can run a pay per click advertisement for the course in Google Adwords. If everything goes well, there will be more jobs for similar advertisements in Facebook and Twitter. I will provide the following information for a text based advertisement that appears in Google Search: - Title of advertisement - Short ad text - Link to course - List of keywords - Maximum PPC price - Maximum budget The ad should be targeted at English speaking people in US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and European Union only. I will pay you 30$, and you will have to run and manage a Google Adwords campaign with a limited budget of 20$. This makes 10$ for you. I have Google Analytics, but will also require some kind of report to be exported from Google Adwords to verify that you've spend the 20$ appropriately. The maximum PPC price will be 0.25$. We might change the maximum PPC during the campaign. Depending on conversion rate and quality of AdWords traffic it could become a recurring job.
