1228 Web forms to fill with copy/paste

I am looking for somebody to fill 1228 similar web forms with similar informations : one message to copy/paste and a 4 digit captcha. Then you also need to copy/paste 4 fields of the page into an Excel resulting listing to be completed (see attached file).
