Link Building Campaign

We have 9 [real estate + vacation rentals] websites located in Carribbean, costa rica and adjoining places. We need 10 qualified link per website per month. As a professional link builder you must know the rules of the game of no spamming and quality link etc. And links must stay for at least 3=4 months on respective sites. If work goes well then there are other sites as well for the same. We would prefer one sided link back but are open for the reciprocal link as well. just posting rules just for understanding: Links must: § be 100% Google Penguin and Panda latest versions compliant § must be created with 100% White Hat techniques only and adhere strictly to Google guidelines! § be submitted on a consistent basis as seen by Google § come from English language, travel related websites in US and Canada § have PR 4+ § have an Alexa US rank below 40,000 § come from main domains (no sub domains) § be one way, non-reciprocal links § be placed preferably at site's home page (sub pages with same characteristics as per description allowed too) § have uniformly distributed description (anchor text) from a list to be provided § have 10 or less outbound links § be dofollow and not disallowed by [login to view URL] § be only static and standard href type links, no dynamic ones § be indexed and cached guaranteed by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 40 days § be built manually § be search engine friendly; NO redirects or cloaking § come from different C-class, unique IPs, unique domains § be permanent guaranteed; you agree to replace links that are removed or de-indexed for a period of 6 months after the end of the project Not allowed: § 100% No black hat tactics allowed. § 100% No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text. § No classifieds or mortgage, gaming, web directories, political. § No article directories, forums, web rings, or link directories. § No link farms, no link-exchange programs, no web rings, or paid traffic sites, no banned sites by Google, no illegal / scam / spam sites, no rented links, no FFA sites. § No gambling, dating, pharmacy sites, hate-based websites, violent websites, no blacklisted sites. § No directory submissions, forum posts, forum profile links, article submissions, links from guest books, yahoo groups, CL sites. § No use of automated software or bots. § No links from under construction pages. § No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. § No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. § No blog commenting, no blog comment spamming, no ping, no links within newsgroups, no network postings of any kind. § No link from: torrent sites, file sharing, articles. XLS to be provided with the following for each link submitted: Username, Password, Linking site exact URL, Linking site name, Keyword / Anchor text, IP, PR, Google Index Date, Submission date No payments will be made if links do not comply with all criteria above and definitely not until we check, verify and approve all links in the xls above. Deposit to be posted when list is approved. Balance to be posted when submission process has been completed, verified and approved
