Cockatail Margin Calculator

I need to create a profit calculator for cocktails. Section 1 will have about 120 pre populated recipes where people need to enter the price of the ingredients and the retail price to get the profit margin. Section 2 will allow people to estimate the cost of any recipe where they enter the cost of each ingredients (ingredient 1, ingredient 2, etc..) the retail price and they get the profit. Both sections should work in any way... If they enter the ingredient cost, and the desired margin, then they get the retail cost; If they enter the retail cost, the ingredient costs, but not the margin, then they get the margin; if they enter the margin and the retail price but are missing the cost of one of the ingredients then the calculator gives them the cost of the ingredient. They should also be able to compare cockatiels side by side. Same cocktail using different brands, or different cocktails using the same brand. The AP should be easy to update centraly and work both on and offline I would like see a quote and example of what could be done by Nov 8 Recipes will be provided by Nov 16 The calculator needs to be ready by Dec 16
