Add a Button to a Popup to Create connection

Here is the simple thing needs to be done, when you click on any feature a popup view is displaying, and when you click on right top hand side you will see a change icon once you click it on edit you will see that all feature are editable now, i would like to add a button over there to do same thing on the roadmap. check the [url removed, login to view]
Make a connection between feature and roads by getting the ID from the road and paste into the "YOLORTAHATTIID" field in the feature.
