Build an Iphone and Andriod App

We are looking for expressions of interest to develop a mobile app to be integrated into our clients website. Our clients Website is a WordPress website with multiple users that all submit articles for review and approval by their editors. What we want from the app is to be able on both the Iphone and Andriod platforms is: For Users: 1) Upon opening the app a news feed displaying articles in order of priority just as the website does. 2) Side over menu displaying optional categories available for viewing 3) Favourites (by category id) list 4) Favourites (by category id) feed 5) Results Feed (by category id but preselected by) 6) Integrate advertising into the app via layout or in news feeds (still unsure exactly but open to suggestions) For Members: 1) to be able to log into their profile, upload images via (i) take a pic (ii) use a pic from your phones gallery (iii) upload a pic from facebook/ google+/ Pintrest 2) And/or Insert their required article and submit for approval just as the web based format works. NOTES Our vision for the app is much like the FaceBook app format in its operation and ability to display feed, favourites, take/ upload pics however the design and layout is to be better matched to our clients website design and needs. We are still in initial design/ concept stage at present and foresee multiple changes and require a developer that is able to provide detailed ,fresh, clear English suggestions, recommendations and be able to demonstrate multiple examples of HIGHEST quality apps. We also require the developer to maintain the app for a period of three month after implementation to rectify any faults or bugs that are incurred. ( Further fixes/Upgrades would be considered upon completion) Please note this project WILL take some time before final design is needed however we are willing to make milestone payments in the process at pre approved stages.
