I need someone to find a director of studies for my new academy in Madrid,Spain

I am looking for a human resource agent with access to respected Job sites to take on the responsibility of finding and arranging the interviews I am looking for a Director to run my school of English/English academy. I am offering 200-250 US Dollar once the director is hired. The Director that you will find for me must be living in Madrid,Spain, as all hours are office hours. The typical job duties of A director is • Managing resources (human and material) • Training,observing and evaluating teachers (training teachers how to use our method in class,Coursebook system and our own Director-Tailored class plans. • Scheduling and payroll • Controlling/Evaluating the quality of the academic programs • Overseeing placement for prospective students • Organizing extra-curricular activities • Participating in the overall growth and development of the school (and assisting in Marketing!)
