Two wordpress sites with same design different product lines

We have two wordpress sites that need to be customized. We are considering purchasing a theme 9[login to view URL]). Both the sites would need to include a shopping cart for multiple products. We would like to have a enter "Email for best pricing on each product.
We have a couple sites to demostrate what we would like. One of the sites has been up and running and can be used for content. the other site will have limitied content at this time to start.
Note you will not need to add products but prefer the ease of adding products is a must. We currently use the Shopify wordpress plugin and has worked out ok for us. Open to others as long as we can use [login to view URL] for payments.
Willing to pay extra for speed or copletion and level of service provided.
