Reactjs + Redux web app for digital distribution like Tunecore.com

I need a responsive website. I am the CEO of a company called GMUSIC Lda and we offer Digital Distribution services for Artists (Eg. [login to view URL]). Actually we distribute to two services: 1 - Music Streaming Service Called Mozik 2 - Ring Back Tone Service for Vodacom Mobile operator (Mozambique) We want to easy the distribution process to this services so our We App users (Artist) should be able to: 1- Create Account 2 - Create Albums / Singles 2 - Upload new songs simultaneously and add corresponding metadata to each 3 - Chose which services they want the content distributed to 4 - Se realtime reports of each content ( Times Played, downloaded etc ) And other features we will discuss (Basically it's [login to view URL]) IMPORTANT INFO: The web app should be written in ReactJS Use Parse SDK hosted in [login to view URL] Every release(Artist, album, aingle, songs) should be persisted to already existing [login to view URL] DB that powers the streaming service. Audio files are uploaded to S3 in two bitrates ( User music upload 320kbps and the backend should create another version of the file in 128kbps and upload both to server) All reports from Mozik Streaming server will be read from already existing [login to view URL] dB reports from Admin and Editor accounts are mandatory we will discuss further.
