Need a SVG animation using HTML,CSS JAVASCRIPT

I have 3 SVG files which are for SVG Icons. and I would like to animate them and make it work like I want. I repeat I want to animate them so that when I click on them after adding them to the website they should animate and not just switch . I need some one who actually knows what is SVG File animation with click and hover effect. 1- play and pause button I have , by default we will show play button and when we click on it again it should change to pause by animation and vice versa. 2- sound equaliser bar. I have 2 SVG files for this but file 1 I want to be a moving animation on its own always and file 2 should also be a moving animation and both clickable as these need to be used to on and off sound. I will show example. 3- right arrow SVG file I NEED TO SWITCH to left when click with animation 4- down arrow SVG file I need to switch to up when hover and click with animation I repeat I need all these animated and with click and hover function so what you are going to deliver is code html, css and javascript (javascript if needed) and you need to make them functionable by showing me these icons working on a web page at your end
