Hi There, I don’t know how and why you need Angular JS in $2 ..probably hourly based..but if we see it per hour it seems very low cost..but there is another solution which I think make sense if we execute the project in fixed cost.. Let me elaborate, we will discuss and scope out the ERP ..which include detail scope, module, probably wireframe along with risk..we wont charge single penny for this initial work ..then we will follow this by proposal and same by project plan..if everything goes well.
