Add Functionality To Existing Store In Visual Studio (ASP.NET/Visual Basic)

Hello, I am seriously looking for help with adding just a few things to my program. I am using Visual Studio and writing it in ASP.NET. Step 1: Add a label (or whatever you feel is necessary) below the cart in the “Cart” web form that shows the total cost of all items in the cart Step 2: Add a button named “2-Day Shipping” in the "CheckOut" web form that adds 5% of the subtotal (total of items in cart) to the total order and displays it as seen in the Bill Of Sale template. (see the Bill Of Sale Template below). Step 3: Change the form named "CheckOut2" to mimic the layout of the "Bill of Sale" I have attached below. Step 4: Make sure in the “CheckOut” web form the only Bank Card Types you can enter in the bank card type textbox is “Visa”, “Master”, or “American Express” A customer has to be given the following options: (add these in) • View the total cost of all the items in the cart • Request for a fast shipment (within 2-Days of submitting the order) • Pay by credit card: Visa, Master, or American Express The website must validate all the user inputs and report the errors to the user and allow the user to make the appropriate corrections. This, among other things, includes credit card number, zip code, email, and phone number. (the website already does most of this) The website should provide a bill of sale for the customer that would include the customer’s information, and when the customer should expect the package to arrive at their address. Please see an example of Bill of Sale - attached. (The Bill of Sale would replace the “CheckOut2” web form). In the Bill of Sale template, everything in bold would be generated based on the information the user gives in the "CheckOut" web form. SSN, Date of Birth, Credit Limit, can be removed from the "CheckOut" web form as well.
