Build a WIFI landing page capture name list using Google Form & Mailchimp

I need somebody to build a Wifi landing page (local LAN) to able perform following tasks using "Google Form" for hotel guest's use. If you are google form builder expert (with little excel programming knowledge), this could be an easy money for you. 1. Let the hotel guest able to register the Name, Email, Contact Number...etc in wifi-registration-member in Google Form - refer this link as example [login to view URL] 2. Once registered the member details, google form will capture the registered information and able to send the email to newly registered wifi user with the correct login ID(referring Room Number) & password associated for stayed room number. The user able to see this new login ID & password in window alert after received the email. Meanwhile, i need this new registered member information need to be saved to mailchimp account as well after saved to google's form responses section. 3. Then, registered user can login using the provided login information. For the wifi-login verification, a set of FIXED "passwords" associated with each rooms already provided in one excel column. Login ID is Hotel room number. Each Hotel room will giving 2 unique wifi-password. Google form able to verify through this set of password given. 4. If the user key in correct login ID(room number) & password associated with the room number, user can start using the wifi to access their preferable website. User will see a advertising page (about 5 seconds) before auto-redirect to the defaulted hotel website (I can change the URL myself later). 5. However, if the user click in wrong login information, Google Form will prompt error message to ask user key in correct login information again.
