On-screen display for quiz game = flash (html5 or other action script application)

We are a company specialised in events for exhibitions. For a booth/stand we want to do a game with buzzers: presenter asking questions and people answering... There will be a screen behind participants to show the scores: we'd like you to create the display of scores so that the presentor use only a mouse to add points (except at the biginning to write names of participants).
