Website and blog redesign

Current website [login to view URL] is built in HTML and I would like it to remain HTML. Current version is built using Bootstrap but I would prefer using plain HTML + CSS + JS without a Bootstrap for this redesign. In the attachment I'm sending you a design of a new website. - It's essential that the website is light and fast - It's important that the website is optimized for all browsers and screen resolutions - Parallax needs to be optimized as well to work for all browsers and screen resolutions MAIN MENU - our menu background will not be visible when we're at the top of the page but when you start scrolling down the page it will get visible, black, from opacity 0 to 100%. (for example check [login to view URL]) MAIN PAGE (attachment file [login to view URL]) - On the main page in the header we have yellow lines next to the "Dynamic customer communication & Data service" title, when page is loaded I want those lines to load using effect one at a time from left to the right, from top to the bottom. Biggest line shouldn't take more than 1 second to load. - After header title you can see icons on the left and text on the right [login to view URL] I want the icon to appear with an lazy effect like you can see for post pictures at http://www.madebysix.com. Yellow titles can have a type effect like the main title on [login to view URL] Text can load normally. - All the effects work only 1 time per page load, so if you scroll up effects are not triggered again. OUR WORK PAGE (attachment file [login to view URL]) - Title should load normally but the yellow line next to the title should load with effect from left to right inside 1 second like in the main page. - After the title you can see 6 background images and icons and boxes on top of the background images - Each background image should represent exactly 1 screen on all resolutions and browsers and this should be precise like on [login to view URL] - Icons and titles from the boxes should load with lazy effect in the same time. Boxes, text inside box and logos in "Case studies" should load normally - Under "Case studies" white field you will see little logos and they will be clickable. On the third background image there is an example of clicked/expanded layer/lightbox and it can be easily closed down with clicking "close X" - Since Google doesn't like popups/lightboxes on mobile browsing we have decided to make separate case study page for the mobile version of the website. So "Our work" page will look normal on the mobile version but the logos will not be clickable like on the desktop version. For case studies we have built separate page which is the next page I'll write about. - Only if this page is browsed with mobile in the end there should be a link to case studies page which is done especially for mobile version. CASE STUDY PAGE - Done especially for mobile version (attachment file 2_2 mobile [login to view URL]) - It will contain all the case studies and they will be easily readable just by scrolling to the right/1 case study at a page. - In the bottom navigation bullets are visible but non clickable for fast forwarding. ABOUT US PAGE (attachment file [login to view URL]) - Same title effect like on "Our work" page - All the rest should load normally and look the same as in the design example CONTACT US PAGE (attachment files [login to view URL]) - Same title effect like on "Our work" page BLOG PAGE (attachment files [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) We already have a Wordpress blog installed at [login to view URL] and I need it to look like in the examples which I'm sending. If you will do a new theme from the scratch or just adjust the current theme it's the same for me, chose whats easier for you. - After the project is awarded and accepted I will be sending you original icons, background images and font. - I'm offering 400 EUR for this project and I hope it can be done in next 3 weeks. - Payment will be released using milestone after whole job is fully done and after I'm done with testing.
