Web Site DESIGN work

We have a website on the WordPress™ platform. You must have WordPress skills and HTML experience. Later, if you also have Magento 2.2 experience, we may ask you to work on a few other sites.
We are looking for DESIGN work – tastefully updating our sites with cosmetic changes, adding photos, text editing, links, videos, etc. Again, we are most interested in your DESIGN skills and how good you can make our sites look. You are detail oriented and take pride in your work! We do not want to keep after you about how things look, how they line up, spelling and formatting errors, etc. That, we feel, is part of your job.
Initially, we are looking to have the following DESIGN work to be completed on our site -[login to view URL]
• Add a new landing page for Government visitors
• Add and organize photos in gallery
• Some textual and cosmetic changes
There could be some programming requirements like adding a plug-in or adding Blog updates automatically but DESIGN skills and tastes are the biggest factor.
