Social Media Creative Designer Hey there! My name is Brandon and my Wife and I run a small but ridiculously awesome Social Media Agency. We have a variety of clients ranging from the restaurant industry to home remodelling to oil and gas. We are currently looking for a Creative Designer to add to our team at MavnMedia. You are essentially going to be paid to curate, create, design, and execute engaging Facebook posts. You will be able to work from anywhere and make exceptional income as long as deadlines are met and your content produces results! The MUSTS: Be extremely familiar with Facebook and its Ad Platform Must have a strong personal brand on Facebook. Have a strong understanding of Marketing and how people work Excellent graphic design skills Basic Copywriting experience Able to use humour in your design/marketing Creativity! Who Are You? An ultimate self initiator who will create value in any situation. You understand creative problem solving and will be excited to create an engaging story no matter what channel it lives in. You have passion about design and a hunger to learn how to create pieces that drive engagement and extend brand experiences. However, you also understand that good ideas can come from anywhere and are open-minded. You are a flexible multi-tasker who communicates naturally, passionately, and collaboratively. You'll be working exclusively within the digital realm (no print work) and the portfolio you submit should reflect this, but we also love seeing your overall solutions and ideas throughout your book. The Task At Hand: Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: -Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers. -Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written). -Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. -Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions. -Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts. -Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, and ads) -Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns. -Compile report for showing results (ROI).
