Redesign Home Page(s) on Existing Website --2

This project involves combining the home page theme of two websites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] At [login to view URL] - Existing customers who have used the software, which is called CheckWriter LEGACY EDITION on their PC as well as new potential customers go here and have a chance to track their package, or see FAQs or get support or most importantly - Buy the software or order BLANK CHECK STOCK - Upgrade to a new version or - Upgrade to CheckWriter CLOUD which is the NEW (not-Legacy) platform At [login to view URL] - Existing customers go here to login to their account or to upgrade from a DESKTOP LEGACY EDITION to the CLOUD VERSION and all of the same reasons they go to [login to view URL] Because traffic is good at [login to view URL] and people know this site, the goal is to make a landing page or new [login to view URL] page that has the left half of the page 2/3 be the CLOUD and show as a the new version etc. Then have the right half of the page, just 1/3 for legacy edition (old) so when people arrive at the home page, it feels like the LEGACY days are numbered and it is older style, like the CRT monitor, and the cloud is the new way. I can take care of the content, but we need a modern template for the home page right away that existing customers will visit and feel like they are hanging on to the old and the Cloud is imminent. We plan to release a statement to current users that the legacy edition will no longer be supported past Windows 10 and define a support end date to get people ready or push them to switch. This page must also have a mobile version. I want the page to incorporate all of the same links to all of the same places as the current page, like tracking and support and reorder check stock. At some point in the near future, this and other site we operate will need complete redesigns, so this project can also be an example of your work. A web designer who meets or beats deadlines or expectations is preferred for future projects. This project is not intended to address SEO issues, content modification, etc. This is for a quick turnaround project for someone graphically talented so existing customers are not disoriented when they get to the site, but will feel compelled to go for the CLOUD upgrade or if they are a new customer, they should feel compelled by the CLOUD option over the LEGACY edition.
