Need to transfer design

I have a design that was drawn on paper and needs to be transferred to a PDF file. What I'm looking for is that the "Fara specs" is bold and outlined. The colour inside the borders of the letters are the same as the background. Disregard the coffee cups inside the letter "S". It is surrounded by a buffer that is circular and with nothing there, then it begins with small dots that increase in size and become espresso cups as you move away from the logo. I've decided to add the words "COFFEE" attached to the right side, detailed in the image below, written from down to up. It was a last minute addition that I didn't include in the sketch below. The "COFFEE" is written along the side like the image I attached below.
