I need some Graphic Design for a board game project, map and characters

hello my name is Ersilia, i am a Greek board game designer and I need 2 thinks to complete my project for future presentation and this is my first time in freelancer recruiting. 1)I need 12 impressive, realistic, gothic style, colored, fantasy characters looking like elves only taller and give the sense of a superior race almost like gods. There have to be 6 males and 6 females. 3+3 of each are meant to be from the cast of light, so they have to look calm and kind and the others 3+3 have to look more strict and vicious because they represent the cast of darkness. there are 6 primeval houses in total, divided in 2 casts by beliefs, 3 light houses and 3 dark houses and each house has a female and a male claimants for the throne, therefore the pair of each house has to look alike as far as the clothing is concerned, and all of them together have to look like they are from the same race. I want them to look beautiful, no scars, no face hair and no bad features, the males well build and the women attractive. they have to be original and vivid, full body not only torso, the color of the hair is up to the artist, I like purple a lot so keep that in mind. 2) I also need a map of the realm, the Selestiar dimension more precisely, that our quest is occurred. it has to look like a fantasy village, with trees rivers and houses (markets, portals, camps, vp deposit buildings) stone paths and underground paths, colorful and vivid, I already have one made by hand, it has to be precisely t he same as far as the location of the buildings go and the steps (squares) of the paths, because it is measured and tested this way for the game play. it also has to have a numeral scale up to 120 (or more), around the 2 edges (left and upper) for counting the victory points, 1 cm for each gap for the marker to feet in. there has to be a place on the map for the crystals to be kept on, for those who purchase them. there are 5 types of buildings that are repeated throughout the map and 2 types of paths and finally a starting place and a finish place called the throne room at the top of the map. the steps have to be big enough to feet in a chess pawn. the map ultimately has to be big enough to be folded in 4 A4 sheets, and feet inside a box. if we come to an arrangement, i need these things within a month or 2 at the least. thank you very much for your time
