create a site with live video streaming and multi-user solution chat messenger service from your desktop or phone.  chat profile and interface withReal time video streaming. With a public and private forum.  Divine Vision is a counseling website we want to be able to privately counsel on a forum1on 1and publicly counsel 1 on 20 or more at one time and have people post there problems as well as have other  people post comments or solutions about the problems this is lead by a counselors.   Also a new feed so people can comment on problem.  Users create a login and create a private/ public profile, regardless of public/private they can comment or be a part of the all discussion, free upto five posts.  The site will have multiple forums for different topics like for instance depression, relationships,  Suicide, ect.  Also user should be able to watch real time respond real time and comment with each other on the forum or direct message to the counselors,  by making there comments private so only the counselors can see it and comment live. Almost like skype meets facebook. Counselors also need the options to chat 1 on 1 by video and private rooms by chat please use [login to view URL] as a guideline.
