I need to make changes to the form on my website. I need to add a border radius to the form (5- 10px). Change the default tooltips to better looking ones, improve the font of the field labels, the "Date of Birth Field" needs to be on only one line so reduce the size of the field itself. Add padding to the submit button and add a border radius to the submit button. The privacy policy and terms and conditions links in the form disclaimer text need to be underlined and a different color. All this for homepage and 3 landing pages, desktop and mobile versions.
