Hi there, I am a designer and animator with experience in creating animations, including animated characters. I have read the description of your project and viewed the YouTube and I have the experience and capacity to execute this project to your satisfaction. For this project, I have a suggestion. Instead of using a hand, which isn't part of the logo, I suggest the character tilt his head up (since it is currently tilted downwards) and reveal one eye and then it returns to the original position while the feather and clothes move slowly. To achieve this, I will use Adobe After Effects and export a transparent video which you can overlay on any video you use (with a black background, it is possible to overlay and change the blend mode).
