Junior Graphic Designer Needed

Hello!
I run a custom branding/apparel decorating company in Canada and I'm looking for some help in our graphic design department.
What we need is someone to prepare/fill-in our mockup templates so that our sales department can send them to clients for approval and then to our production team.
It's fairly basic work, and there is very little creativity required, so a junior designer or one with only a small amount of experience should suffice. The process looks something like the following:
-Our sales manager provides the designer with the details – product type, product #, item colour, size break-down, design location, design size, design colour
-the sales manager also sends the designer our client’s design
-the designer puts this information in to the template.
-the designer would go to our supplier’s website, pull the blank item from the supplier’s website and place it in the mockup file, and put the logo on to the item in the proper location, colour and correct size,
-the designer emails the mockup back to our sales manager.
And that’s it!
Currently, we would need someone for around 10 hours per week. Our in-house designer can usually put together 6 of these per hour.
