Hire a Website Designer

Greetings! I have setup and Wordpress site with Avada theme/framework working. I need a someone experienced with both that theme framework and have creative design ability to finish the website. The purchase of addon extensions/plugins can be accommodated if reasonable for the development (ie you really like to develop a site with plugins "XYZ". The site will be developed in 2 phase and will probably have a total of 7-10 pages max and will focus on 3 software products we developed. - Phase ONE which I need to roll l out VERY FAST with just a few pages (Home Page, About Us, ONE of our products details page, FAQ, product specific landing page with form (used for advertising). - Phase TWO - Add additional pages including the details for 2 other products and supporting pages) The design needs to be MODERN and graphical (NOT GENERIC STOCK IMAGES) - We NEED a graphic artist to design vector images to go with the site! (again MODERN site) PHASE 1 NEEDS TO BE STARTED / FINISHED VERY QUICKLY and I need to be able to communicate with the developer(s) (via email/project management webapp we will provide and instant messaging if needed.) English required for communication and we do NOT want go thru middle people to communicate changes/ideas. PHASE 2 WILL START AFTER PHASE ONE GOES LIVE Note: I have a technical background and experience with servers, web technologies and WordPress so there should be limited difficulties in communicating technical issues/questions ******* IMPORTANT ****** STRONGLY PREFER someone who can provide creative original artwork design with vector graphics NOT just stock images.
