Hello,
We're looking for some help in creating a responsive web portal. I know programming, but I am not the best when it comes to web design nor the time at this point to be able to work on a portal by hand. We're looking for a HTML and CSS responsive shell type of portal access. I am doing a lot of the back end PHP/python stuff on my end so I hope this makes it easier to program as well. The only real requirement is maybe tracking what I should follow to link with the actions of any buttons: save_settings_mytext
What I am looking to do is about 4-6 pages of information I would like to display:
1) Index = Show some basic over view on what's going on. I would like to display current updates or a welcome message at the top of the page. In the middle I would like to display some graphic information such as a pie chart on the top online or ip address users are accessing. I also like to show the number of connected clients. At the bottom I would like to display information a scrollable to sizable text field of log information that will need a clear and export button attach to the field.
I would also like to display in the middle is a chart showing the amount of bandwidth usage the server is using. This will be an add-on and not needed, but would be cool to show off. See "Charts & graphs" with in the Matric Admin panel "Real Time chart" for an example of what I mean.
2-3) User page = I like to display user information that will come from a MySQL database. I can already write that part, but I like to get some premade "boxes" to display user information such as: Username, IP address, Email, security group, and a buttons to edit/change information. This will need another sub page for displaying the same information but in a more editable forum that will display information and have a save button.
4) Settings page = I need a page to display some settings for control as well. With in this:
---- Block Mode: o None | o White List | O Black List
---- Strict Mode: [] <--Check Box
---- Block Images: O None | o White List | o Black List
---- Bypass Code: [ some_random_code ] [Auto Gen] <-- Text field where they can copy/edit the bypass code and or a button to auto make one up for them
---- Save button to save the current settings on this page
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- (or this could be number 5 if you feel like this would be better suit on another page)
After that I will need to display some fields along with a save button.

I'm not very fancy - so if you can make this part look a bit more professional looking that would be great!
That's about it really - optional logout page, but more or less I just need a link to the logout as the logout will just return them to my login page. Most of this I will code like I said, but I need a "shell" to work with so name spacing on the information is always a good thing to note as this gets done as I will have to relink to each function button or field to read from.
I am willing to pay more for it to be more professional looking, but considering I am not asking for too much here - I don't see it taking much time either. We can always talk cost, but I will require some examples of your past work and a sample page of what you can do for this project before paying too much out (been burnt in the past).
I hope this is clear and easy to follow. I also have some already lay out pages if you want to see a better clear image of what I am talking about as well if we need (I temped, but sadly I am no artist ) If things go well - I might have other projects that will need more work as well. Thanks!
Also, if you can, please give me a time frame that you think you can finish the project in and maybe a bid for your time. I was looking at something like : [url removed, login to view] for the theme/style I was looking at. Far as I know, that one is free to use and should save some time on programing/creating the portal if you wish to use that one as well.
