Highly Skilled iOS Designer (UI/UX) -- 2

Need a custom mobile app DESIGNED (quickly!) Looking for someone who is very experienced in app design for iOS to create a feature rich, nice looking, mobile app. Notice i said DESIGN. I do not care if you can code or program. I need UI and UX. About our project: we hired a freelancer prior but he he did not complete our project and ran away. He pretty much scammed us. We have approximately 45 app screens that are done but need minor editing. They are all PSD files so it will be easy. We then have 5-8 more screens remaining for the projectS the entire budget for the project would be $1000 but since we already completed 80% ourselves, we will be awarding $200 for editing and 5 more screens. Our screens our high quality already so please do not ask I’m not looking for anybody who’s going half-fast their work and give me horrible 1995 old quality designs. I’m not looking for any amateurs also. I’m not looking for anyone who’s just willing to put a broing app topgether for a few bucks here and there. Definitely not looking for low valued digital output. I repeat, I AM NOT LOOKING FOR LOW QUALITY WORK. I am looking for an app designer who is capable of delivering a beautiful project at the level of a mainstream app such as Twitter, Instagram, Uber, Spotify, Tinder, Postmates, Pandora. You get the picture. These are my expectations. In retrospect, I’m simply searching for a professional designer who is not scared of being great. You don’t need to possess any elite programming skills or anything even related to programming. I already have my personal programmer. All I need is an elite app designer. As long as you can design a professional UI and UX, then you are best suited for me. This needs to be a job that can be completed quickly and efficiently.
