Graphics pattern designing Drawing Dynamic in .net Visual Basic 2010

The graph which we made is Static and we need dynamic graph in that graph Arrow key should be moved with rectangle and it should not break in between. All the points coming from database. We should be able to delete lines after clicking on delete button. There are two type of rectangles, one is green color rectangle which calling party one and red rectangle is calling two.
