Graphic Designer for Government Report Formating

I need someone to take a 13 page report and make it look professional like this sample report that can be downloaded on this link [login to view URL] In addition to the 13 page report, I also need someone to take an excel spreadsheet and insert into the final report and fit it properly into Word document with a reduced font.
I need my firm's logo and colours (heading in the report) and my client's logo and colours ([login to view URL]) integrated for the report. I am not sure if my firm's logo and client's logo are in the same family of colours but you can slightly modify my firm's logo to match the client's (Do Not modify the client's logo), if required.
I am not interested in negotiating after your made your final bid. What I do need is either a sample of a REPORT you have graphically done. OR a sample of your abilities by taking my "Introduction and Context" portion of my report and making look professional looking using my firm's logo and my client's logo.
Please DO NOT send brochures/websites/business cards, etc. but ONLY a sample of actual REPORTS you graphically designed OR a demonstration of your abilities using my "Introduction and Context" portion of my report.
I need this done in 24 hours. Thank you.
