Graphic design work for an upcoming 2d indie game

Hi. We are finishing developing our first 2d indie game and are in need of additional graphic design work/graphic designer replacemente, as our current designer is busy/unavailable and having issues with him. The game is highly anticipated, it was presented locally in Gamelab summit, got a great response, and pretty much known in #gamedev #indiedev community in twitter. It's going to be released in Steam and soon ported to android and ios, in about 2 months from now. But we need the help of a graphic designer for this to happen. We are looking for an experienced graphic designer in 2d pixel art, (or just 2d art), experience in flat design and flat palette colors, experience in after effects, 3ds max and photoshop. The 3 of them are a must, or similar software. This is an opportunity to join a life changer project, as you will be paid by % of sales, through signing a contract of course, that will be renewed yearly. First, a work-for-hire period for the pending work will be needed, to know if you are the right guy/girl for this project. If you do your best and show passion for our product, we will sign you.
