Get a Website Built

The site (Listed/hosted in the Middle East – later on develop this to the UK) I want a site which I can set up as an online shop where people can upload their own items to sell. The site will have values set up / listed of what they can put in i.e. the product/size/style etc. These values will be set values at the side so they can search, giving an easy peasy function to use. The transactions would be done through the customer and the merchant – I would have not interaction here, the only interaction is notice when an item is sold, so I can interact with both parties with a congratulation email / follow ups….They can have a function on the site that takes payment/paypal if easier and cheaper or they can do a cash transaction option – whatever is best/easiest and cheap. I don’t know if they are able to pay through the site via paypal/credit card to that seller or if this is just easier to have payments done offline to bring down the cost of developing the site?! I would like overall approval of each item sold. I want the style to be the same and wording to be right, I want to have the interaction with the merchants/sellers. For pricing/cost to customers, there wil be no fee but later i will introduce a staggered free – standard account / premium account. The website would include: Option for a Blog Social media links Website links Uploads of new sales/stories Editor picks Review options for sellers/buyers Option for questions between buyer/seller online like messenger (A way of directing the flow back to the site) or if there is another way? Advertising space feature so when the site is bigger then I will offer this to additional suppliers. Notifications when certain dates are put in – i.e date of birth, event date, registration expiry… There will be scope to add more also, when the site develops.
