2d Game Artists and Spriters

This is an indie project for a monster collecting RPG. We have designed the game in RMXP. We have finished coding using the engines free assets but after reaching the end of our project want to make it the best it can be and use some custom art. To meet this goal we are looking for someone to draw monsters for use in the battle sequence, and someone or a team to develop tilesets. Monsters - We need around 30 monsters to start and are hoping for more depending on what we can work out for payment. Tilesets - We need a forest, a town of atleast a half dozen buildings and water features. The game is set in a Steampunk Fantasy world. We are looking for a team of indie artists or someone that can work cheap as we are funding this project as our first game after trying to do the art ouselves (being programmers it didn't workout so great) and deciding we need to outsource this final part. Any and all help is appreciated.
