Hello, This can be quite challenging if the devices are 600+ pin FPGAs and the connectors are 240-pin micro-pitch connectors. It is really quite difficult to quote such unknowns. Are there DC/DC converters? Wireless antenna's, LVDS or high-speed lines? High-speed/high-resolution analog? High-power/High voltages? A typical PCB house will charge you a fixed fee based on number of layers, number of connections, impedance matching, number of components, BGAs, etc. plus an engineering fee for special techniques like high-voltage isolation, etc. There is also the time that has to be spent generating libraries. I use Eagle 6.5 for layout and schematics, so I hope you can provide the schematic in that format or I will need to re-draw it as well. I am quoting for a medium-level design done at an easy pace. Depending on the final schematic and time requirements, this can go up or down. You will also have to supply details on who your fabricator will be so I can match their DRCs to the layout and board stack. Best regards, Stuart Borden
