It should be 10 houses. I am attacing an example. Try to use same place for the position of the building plot.
Houses should be not more then 20-25 % of the building plot.
the house must be 4,5 m from neighbors house and from street.
The FIRST house on the left you cant change position because its already there.
Street should be 4.5 meters width . The street is the 2 ones in the land.
Evrything that is in red you cant change!
