Design a T-Shirt

I need a about 10 designs every 3 days for various niches. I will provide the wording/phrase for the design. You will have the full reign on the designing. The tshirts designs are for the American market so there are a few set designs that will sell and I will provide some examples. I will be selling the thirsts using various tshirt selling platforms like Teespring, Teechip and Gearbubble. Ideally the coOur business is creating limited edition tshirt designs for various niches and selling it on a tshirt selling platform like Teespring, Teechip and Gearbubble. For now our market is for the United States but will venture out to Canada in the future. We need a graphic designer who is ready to design a lot everyday, for a lot of different projects.
What we primarily need from you:
*Good spoken English required to communicate and talk about the designs
1) Create high vector t-shirt designs daily:
We will talk on Skype about a specific design and then you will have to create that same design replicating it into different niches. Just like these examples: [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]

These designs can be replicated and are scalable, meaning they will have to be done one after the other for different topics/niches. You will be given 20 topics/niches and you will then create 20 similar designs each adapted into its own topic just like showed above.
2) Create other non scalable, high vector tshirt designs. Need to provide .psd and .png files with transparent background.

I will provide the text to go with the design and in most cases it will be from your creativity to come up with a WINNING design. The color requirement would be white text on a black tshirt. This would also include the image as well. I would prefer just 2 colors in most designs.
A tshirt only sells if the design is awesome as you can perfectly see. I will market those tshirts for a profit and if the design is not good enough, I will lose money in the process.
We need to be in close contact to mastermind on the designs, the designs need to be of great quality and be delivered fast and on time.
