Hello,
I wanted to build a very simple website with basic information. I am a real estate investor and it is simply to provide a bit of information about myself. I am looking to pay around $100, as this is a very simple website.
Here is an example of how I would like the website to look.

If the website looks like the above, that will be perfect. Also, There will be no projects tab or careers tab, so you do not have to create that. Only Home, About Us, and Contact us.
Because I am from Los Angeles, we can use pictures of Los Angeles real estate (Downtown Skyline) or different buildings from Los Angeles. As long as it looks very nice.
I will be providing the logo.
I also do not really want to pay monthly fees if possible. I'm not sure where there are free website, but I wanted to build something with wordpress, wix, weebly, etc. So I don't have to pay any monthly fees or very little monthly fees.
I also have a domain name already, so I would like to use my domain name.
