Please see the attached. I am looking for a web designer to help design a website for a charity project. The purpose of the website will be to contribute to raising awareness in the world and in particularly in China and Japan on the importance of not consuming ivory products and on elephant protection. You will see that the creator's vision has been captured in the powerpoint presentation attached. A few points that are important is to ensure that (1) the website is easily updatable by someone who does not have web programming experience, (2) that it can be upgraded to add languages (only English at the moment but we will be uploading languages as we go along) and that it is a community site (the last page "Connect" is a participative page and we need to be able to moderate it). As this is a charity that we are launching for a good cause, and not a money making incentive, we are also careful about resources invested. Thank you for your bids.
